About Company

Recruitment Consultant

Hello, I’m Alisha, I’m excited to be starting a new chapter in education recruitment, building on the strong foundation I developed in medical recruitment. Working in the healthcare sector has given me valuable experience in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments where attention to detail, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to people are essential. Transitioning into education recruitment feels like a natural progression. I’m passionate about making a positive impact by connecting talented professionals with opportunities where they can truly make a difference. Outside of work I like to spend my time going to the gym, seeing friends and listening to music.

I worked for Teaching Tomorrow for a year before I secured my own teaching job. The schools I was placed in were lovely and I went back to the same schools so they became very familiar. I can’t praise Tyrone Webb-McGarthland enough - he booked all my work and everything went through him. He was super helpful and also very kind and understanding throughout the entire time I worked there. He made it a brilliant experience and I always knew where I was working and when, and he was always open to feedback. Kyoko.

What a fantastic team of individuals and are at the heart of providing professionals and NOT mickey mouse characters into schools. They know QUALITY and their people stand out over and above the rest of what I have seen and experienced.
