This primary school in Aylesbury are looking for someone to start immediately in their year 2 class where you would be fully supported from a strong team and support staff, while ensuring you are giving the Key Stage 1 students the best education.

Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to Year 2 students, ensuring alignment with the curriculum.
Foster a positive classroom environment through effective behavior management strategies.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support their learning journey.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student development and classroom activities.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and contribute to a supportive school community.
Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
Requirements:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Relevant teaching qualifications and experience
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Passion for fostering a positive learning environment
