Job Description

Teaching Tomorrow, an education agency in Bedfordshire is looking for dedicated and passionate Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join their team.

We are working with a primary school in Bedford who are looking for a Level 3 Teaching assistant with early Years experience to join there team on a long term basis to start as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing engaging and age-appropriate activities to support children’s learning and development.
  • Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
  • Building strong relationships with children, parents, and nursery staff.
  • Following nursery policies and safeguarding procedures to ensure children’s safety and well-being.
  • Observing and recording children’s progress, and sharing insights with the nursery team.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education
  • Strong and successful Nursery and early years teaching experience
  • Comfortable covering lessons across the national UK curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students
