Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 1 and Stage 2 Teachers for supply and long-term positions in Bedford and surrounding areas of Bedfordshire who are looking to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Lessons: Plan and teach engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
- Assess Progress: Regularly assess and report student progress, adapting teaching as needed.
- Classroom Management: Create a positive learning environment that encourages good behaviour.
- Support Students: Identify and support individual needs to ensure academic growth.
- Engage Parents: Maintain effective communication with parents about student progress.
- Professional Growth: Participate in professional development and contribute to school activities.
- Safeguarding: Ensure student safety by following safeguarding policies.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Proven teaching experience with a strong understanding of the UK curriculum or Teaching experience abroad
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility and adaptability to different teaching environments - Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
