Job Description

Teaching Tomorrow, a reputable education agency in Bedfordshire, is looking for dedicated and passionate Nursery practitioners to join their team.

We are looking to support nurseries across Bedfordshire with highly skilled and caring professionals. Working with us means becoming part of a supportive team committed to nurturing young minds during their most important developmental years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing engaging and age-appropriate activities to support children’s learning and development.
  • Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
  • Building strong relationships with children, parents, and nursery staff.
  • Following nursery policies and safeguarding procedures to ensure children’s safety and well-being.
  • Observing and recording children’s progress, sharing insights with the nursery team.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education
  • Strong and successful Nursery and early years teaching experience
  • Comfortable covering lessons across the national UK curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students
