Job Description

Are you a Level 3 qualified early years teaching assistant with a passion for supporting children’s learning and development?

we are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Level 3 early years teaching assistants for full time work at a primary school in a village just outside of Bedford. This role is full time for the Spring term with the potential to continue into the summer term.

About the Role:

  • Provide classroom support across the early years/nursery setting, ensuring students are engaged and supported in their learning.
  • Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and delivery.
  • Work with small groups or individual students, including those with SEND needs, to help them reach their full potential.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Adapt to the needs of the school and maintain high standards of professionalism.

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Working in the Early Years Sector (Early Years Educator)
  • Experience working in an early years/nursery setting
  • A caring and proactive approach to supporting children’s education.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
