Primary QTS Teachers – Bedfordshire
Job Description
Teaching Tomorrow are a educational recruitment agency dedicated to placing exceptional teaching professionals in schools across the UK. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 Teachers for both supply and long-term positions across the Bedfordshire county.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Lessons: Plan and teach engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
- Assess Progress: Regularly assess and report on student progress, adapting teaching as needed.
- Classroom Management: Create a positive learning environment that encourages good behaviour.
- Support Students: Identify and support individual student needs to ensure their academic growth.
- Engage Parents: Maintain effective communication with parents about student progress.
- Professional Growth: Participate in professional development and contribute to school activities. Safeguarding: Ensure student safety by following safeguarding policies.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Key Stage 1 and 2
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to engage and motivate young learners
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
