Job Description

Teaching Tomorrow is currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Drama Teacher to join a vibrant school community in Didcot. This is a full-time position currently until Easter, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver dynamic drama lessons that cater to the needs of all students.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel encouraged to participate and express themselves creatively.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the drama curriculum and contribute to extracurricular drama activities.
Maintain effective communication with parents and stakeholders regarding student progress and achievements.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in Drama or Performing Arts.
Proven experience teaching Drama at Key Stages 3 and 4, with a passion for inspiring young minds.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
