Are you ready to make a real difference in the classroom and inspire young minds? At Teaching Tomorrow, we’re thrilled to be partnering with an Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ primary school in the heart of Luton to find passionate teachers for two exciting long-term roles:

• Year 2 Teacher
•  Reception Teacher

This isn’t just any primary school—it’s a thriving, 4-form entry community that’s one of the largest in the area, with 870 enthusiastic pupils who are eager to learn and grow, A calm, happy, and nurturing environment where both staff and students feel supported and valued.

The Roles:

As a Year 2 Teacher, you’ll guide students through this pivotal stage of their learning journey, building strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, and confidence.
As a Reception Teacher, you’ll spark curiosity and nurture creativity in those first magical steps of school life.

Both roles offer the chance to make a lasting impact, with opportunities to innovate and inspire every day.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong and successful KS1 teaching experience
• Comfortable covering lessons across the national UK curriculum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students
