Job Description
Teaching Tomorrow is an educational recruitment agency dedicated to placing exceptional teaching professionals in schools across Milton Keynes primary schools.
We seek enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 1 and Stage 2 Teachers for supply and long-term positions in Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas starting immediately.
Teaching Tomorrow have strong relationships with primary schools in Milton Keynes and this allows teachers to thrive and be the best they can be, while being fully supported.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Lessons: Plan and teach engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
Assess Progress: Regularly assess and report student progress, adapting teaching as needed.
Classroom Management: Create a positive learning environment that encourages good behaviour.
Support Students: Identify and support individual needs to ensure academic growth.
Engage Parents: Maintain effective communication with parents about student progress.
Professional Growth: Participate in professional development and contribute to school activities.
Safeguarding: Ensure student safety by following safeguarding policies.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (ECT) newly qualified teachers
Experience teaching Key Stage 1 and 2
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to engage and motivate young learners
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
