Job Description

Teaching Tomorrow is seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants to support in Primary schools across Bedford and the surrounding areas of Bedfordshire!

This role gives you the opportunity to work at multiple schools across the area on a supply basis with the potential of long-term positions!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualised support to students, ensuring they can engage effectively with learning.
  • Assist teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support students with special educational needs (SEN) where required

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children in an educational setting on a 1:1 basis.
  • Relevant qualifications are desirable but not necessary.
  • A passion for supporting young learners and helping them reach their full potential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
