As an education recruitment specialist with over 15 years of experience, I believe in staff development and enjoy spending time with my family and experimenting with mixology. I inherited a passion for football from my parents, who met while watching a Wycombe Wanderers game.

Hello, I’m Victoria, passionate about education recruitment compliance. With 13 years of experience and previous involvement in the REC education committee, I’m excited to start a new business in this field. Outside of work, I love sunny holidays, good food, parties, music, festivals, and spending time with my family on camping trips in my van.

Hey! I’m Kealie and I manage the team here at Teaching Tomorrow. I’ve spent nearly eight years working across the Oxfordshire area and I genuinely love helping schools and candidates find the perfect match. I’m all about building strong relationships, keeping things honest, and making recruitment feel as easy and stress-free as possible.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me planning my next city break with my other half, spending time with my family, or being bossed around by my two dogs, Ralph and Rosco.

When not perfecting compliance processes, I’m a bedtime storyteller for my 20-month-old and I’m currently working on creating a children’s book series.
