Receive up to £750 when you secure a permanent role through Teaching Tomorrow

Eligibility: This bonus scheme is applicable to candidates who have been successfully placed by Teaching Tomorrow into permanent positions within an educational environment. The bonus amount is £750 for senior leadership roles, £500 for teaching roles, and £250 for teaching assistant/cover supervisor roles.

Pro-Rata Calculation: The bonus amount will be adjusted proportionally based on the candidate’s contracted working hours for part-time placements.

Definition of Permanent: A permanent position is defined as a contracted role with a minimum duration of two consecutive school terms.

Eligibility Window: The candidate must commence the permanent position within three (3) months of being placed by Teaching Tomorrow to qualify for the bonus.

Notification Requirement: Candidates must notify Teaching Tomorrow in writing of their eligibility for the bonus within fourteen (14) days of accepting the permanent position.

Payment: The bonus will be paid via BACS transfer after the candidate completes six (6) weeks in the permanent position. Payment will be processed within five (5) business days of reaching this milestone.

Taxable income: Basic rate tax has been paid on the amount, but if you are earning a higher rate tax, you should declare it to HMRC for any further taxes.

Important Notes

Temporary or supply positions are explicitly excluded from eligibility for the Onboarding Bonus Scheme.

Candidates introduced by third parties are ineligible for the Onboarding Bonus Scheme.
Teaching Tomorrow reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate the Onboarding Bonus Scheme at any time and its sole discretion.
