d. Statutory/contractual requirement
Personal data is required by law, contract, or for entering into a contract. It is mandatory to provide this data, and failure to do so may result in consequence
Provide this to ensure the company provides work-finding services.
2. Overseas Transfers
The Company may transfer only the information you provide to us to countries outside the European Economic Area (‘EEA’) to provide you with work-finding services. We will take steps to ensure adequate protections are in place to ensure the security of your information. The EEA comprises the EU member states plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein.

The Company is committed to keeping your personal data for only the necessary duration. The regulations require us to maintain work-seeker records for at least one year from the date of their creation, and we must also keep records of payroll, holiday pay, sick pay, and pensions auto-enrolment for as long as legally required by HMRC and associated national minimum wage, social security, and tax legislation. If the Company has your consent to process your personal and sensitive personal data, we will do so by our retention policy. The Company will seek your further consent after the expiration of that period. If you do not grant permission, the Company will stop processing your personal and sensitive personal data.
